SOFTSWISS has introduced a conversational AI workflow for its Casino Platform that can perform supported back-office tasks from natural-language instructions. The feature is designed to reduce repetitive configuration work while keeping existing permissions and operator approvals in place.

The official product page says the current version connects Claude Desktop to the Casino Platform through a dedicated SOFTSWISS MCP plugin. Users can describe tasks in ordinary language rather than moving through each back-office or content-management screen manually.

Supported workflows include game-lobby and CMS changes, player segmentation, promotional settings, tournaments and related multi-step operations. The system can prepare or execute only the functions exposed by the platform and the user's access level; it is not presented as an autonomous casino-management product.

SOFTSWISS says key actions still require operator approval before implementation and that the conversational layer complements the existing interface. iGaming AFRIKA reports that the release is intended to bring AI from recommendations into everyday operational tasks. The vendor is offering early access through a waitlist and has not published independent performance measurements for the workflow.
