Kaamos Studios has entered the iGaming supplier market with a game-development concept built around Nordic Noir aesthetics. The new studio says it is combining atmospheric storytelling and game mathematics as it begins conversations with operators, aggregators and distribution partners.
A SoloAzar report identifies Martijn Peters as founder and chief executive, Erkki Nikunen as founder and chief strategy officer, and Lloyd Slade as co-founder and chief marketing officer. The team is scheduled to present the project during SiGMA Rome, which runs from November 2 to 5.
The studio's public company profile describes its planned output as slot games shaped by cinematic storytelling and a Nordic Noir identity. No commercial game release, operator integration or licensing milestone was announced with the launch, so the current development remains an introduction to the supplier and its creative direction.
Kaamos says it is interested in Asia and Latin America while pursuing a broader international market. Those regions are stated targets rather than confirmed distribution footprints, and the company has not disclosed signed partners or a release timetable for its first titles.
