Conversational AI connecting casino back-office dashboards with a human approval checkpoint

SOFTSWISS has introduced a conversational AI workflow inside its Casino Platform, allowing operators to prepare supported back-office actions through natural-language requests. The feature is designed to move beyond advice and carry out configuration work within the user's existing access rights.

The provider's product announcement says Back Office AI Workflow can build player segments, configure tournaments and lotteries, adjust supported bonus settings, arrange game lobbies and prepare CMS content. It can also retrieve selected player information when the user's permissions allow it.

A promotional tournament can be prepared through one conversation that defines the audience, sets the event parameters and drafts the accompanying web page. Human control remains part of the process. Activating the tournament and publishing a new CMS page both require a person to approve the final action.

NEXT.io reports that SOFTSWISS will demonstrate the workflow at SiGMA World Rome from November 2 through November 5. The release extends the supplier's AI work into routine casino administration while keeping publication and activation decisions with operator staff.
