BC Game has named Ali "Ako" Muhanned chief executive, formalizing a public leadership role at the online casino and sports-betting platform. The appointment was announced on October 27 and follows years in which Muhanned worked on brand strategy and international partnerships, according to CDC Gaming.

The company announcement presents the change as a shift from behind-the-scenes involvement to direct public accountability. Muhanned said he wants players to have a clearer view of what the business is building, while the platform identified service quality, international partnerships and responsible expansion as priorities.

Player feedback is expected to become a more visible part of the operating model. The release says Muhanned plans regular live conversations with users, a dedicated escalation route for unresolved issues and public updates on recurring concerns. His first session is scheduled for November 7, with timing to be announced separately.

Muhanned had already been described as the CEO of BC Game's esports organization in reporting earlier this year. An April report from Hawk Live used that title in connection with the company's Counter-Strike team. The October announcement is broader, positioning him as the public chief executive of the casino and sportsbook platform and tying the role to product standards, player support and international growth.
