Renova Technology has launched Renova 360, a coordinated service that brings electronics repair, returns, deployment and product-lifecycle support under one provider. The US company is targeting original equipment manufacturers, integrators, field-service organisations and enterprise technology teams.
The service is divided into four configurable packages. Renova's product page covers depot diagnostics and board-level repair, returns and warranty management, configure-to-order and rollout support, and inventory or end-of-life services. Customers can combine those components rather than purchasing a fixed bundle.
The operating model is designed to reduce hand-offs between vendors. A replacement unit can ship from managed stock while the removed device returns to the same programme for diagnosis, repair and reinsertion into inventory. That is intended to shorten replacement times and provide a single view of the asset through each stage.
CDC Gaming's launch report identifies gaming and lottery systems among the long-lifecycle commercial equipment suited to the service. Other target areas include public-safety and security technology, where failures can interrupt operations.
Renova announced the programme during its 30th year in business. The company began in 1996 as a repair partner for point-of-sale and ATM equipment and later expanded into supply-chain services. It has not disclosed pricing, named launch customers or quantified expected revenue from Renova 360.
