iGaming platform provider Vyking will present its Vyking Intelligence product suite at SiGMA World in Rome from 3 to 5 November. The company plans to use the exhibition to demonstrate how its data layer supports operational decisions across the player lifecycle.
The suite combines bonus management, game recommendations, churn prediction, VIP workflows, player segmentation and lifetime-value modelling. Vyking says the tools share a common data layer so operators can apply player insights to lobby presentation, retention and promotions rather than treating each function as a separate system.
Chief executive Franz Gerhart is scheduled to discuss the product with industry media during the event. The company announcement also says Vyking will promote an open platform architecture, support for fiat and cryptocurrency brands, and a game aggregation service connecting more than 250 studios through one integration.
The official SiGMA World page lists the wider Rome programme at Fiera Roma from 2 to 5 November. Vyking is also a finalist in the event's emerging platform provider category, with the awards ceremony scheduled for the evening before the exhibition opens.
