Rush Street Interactive reported another quarter of rapid financial growth while acknowledging that the expansion rate of the North American online casino market has become more measured. Third-quarter revenue reached $385.9 million, up 39% from the same period in 2025.

The company's official quarterly results show net income rising 93% to $28.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, increased 73% to $62.2 million. Monthly active users grew 42% to 907,881, with North America reaching a quarterly record of 300,572 users.

An SBC Americas report says management still sees online casino as the foundation of the business, even though growth in existing US markets slowed during the quarter. Rush Street continued to gain share, but described the moderation as broad across the market rather than limited to one player group.

Latin America supplied the strongest regional momentum. The earnings-call account reports regional revenue growth of 218%, while monthly active users increased 46% to more than 607,000. Online casino generated about three-quarters of group revenue, with online sports betting providing most of the balance.

Rush Street reiterated full-year revenue guidance of $1.56 billion to $1.60 billion and adjusted EBITDA guidance of $245 million to $265 million. Management said October trends pointed toward the lower end of the revenue range and near the midpoint for adjusted EBITDA. Future US online casino legalisation could add markets in 2027, but no unapproved jurisdiction is included in the current guidance.
