PENN Entertainment reported third-quarter revenue of $1.84 billion, up 7.1% from the same period in 2025. The increase was supported by stronger retail casino earnings and continued improvement in the company's digital business.
The quarterly results show consolidated adjusted EBITDA of $284 million, compared with $194.9 million a year earlier. Net income was $32.6 million, reversing a prior-year loss that included a large impairment charge.
PENN ended September with total liquidity of $2 billion, including $1 billion in cash and equivalents. Traditional net debt stood at $1.8 billion as the operator continued to prioritise balance-sheet reduction.
CDC Gaming reported that retail segment adjusted EBITDAR grew year over year and the Interactive segment moved closer to profitability. The result leaves execution in online betting and casino operations as the main test for further earnings growth.
