The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation reported revenue of Php64.41 billion for the first nine months of 2026, down 23.41% from Php84.09 billion a year earlier. Net income fell 84.85% to Php2.17 billion from Php14.32 billion.

The regulator and operator attributed the revenue decline mainly to gaming operations and related services. Electronic gaming remained the largest segment but dropped 37.23% to Php27.63 billion, while licensed-casino revenue decreased 3.22% to Php23.10 billion.

PAGCOR's official results release says Casino Filipino revenue fell 8% to Php7.28 billion and poker revenue declined 4.60% to Php105.86 million. Total gaming-operation revenue was Php58.13 billion, 23.44% below the comparable period.

The corporation linked the sharper drop in net income to a Supreme Court ruling that requires it to remit 5% of gross revenue to the Philippine Sports Commission. PAGCOR said this level was nearly double its previous remittance to the agency.

Despite the weaker results, PAGCOR reported Php45.28 billion in statutory and nation-building contributions. That total included Php27.61 billion for the National Treasury, Php3.01 billion for the sports commission and Php2.90 billion in franchise taxes, alongside funding for social programmes and host cities.
