Hoiana Resort & Golf plans to establish a dedicated office in Singapore as the Vietnam integrated resort seeks closer ties with travel and business partners. The proposed base would support local partnerships, new commercial opportunities and sustained growth in a market the company views as strategically important.
The plan followed a Meet Hoiana event held at 67 Pall Mall Singapore on October 20. An Inside Asian Gaming report says the gathering brought together more than 100 representatives from media, banking, aviation, travel, golf and lifestyle businesses.
Hoiana wants the Singapore presence to improve access to the travel trade and help market leisure breaks, golf holidays, corporate meetings and incentive travel. Chief executive Alan Teo said the resort aims to become a leading Southeast Asian destination for entertainment, meetings and leisure, with Singapore forming an important part of that strategy.
The resort's official website describes a central Vietnam coastal property combining four hotels, more than 25 restaurants and bars, a golf course, entertainment facilities and event venues. Its location near Hoi An gives the planned Singapore office a broad tourism product to present to regional distributors and corporate clients.
