Caesars Entertainment reported a third-quarter net loss attributable to the company of $123 million, compared with $55 million a year earlier. The company's October 27 results put GAAP net revenue at about $2.9 billion, broadly level with the comparable 2025 quarter.
Consolidated adjusted EBITDA declined to $865 million from $884 million. The earnings release also shows a different trend in the digital division, where adjusted EBITDA rose to $44 million from $28 million in the prior-year period.
An independent earnings analysis calculates revenue at $2.94 billion and says it increased 2.5% year over year but remained about 1% below the analyst consensus used by that publication. It also reports a GAAP loss of $0.61 per share and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 29.4%.
Caesars did not schedule an earnings call for the quarter. An earlier investor notice said the decision was connected to the pending merger with Fertitta Entertainment announced in May, leaving the published release and regulatory filings as the main sources for the period's financial detail.
