Brazil's state of Amapá has postponed the next stage of its lottery concession tender. The official procurement portal now sets November 19 at 08:29 Brasília time as the deadline for proposals, replacing the previous October 29 timetable.
The concession covers the implementation and operation of public lottery services across Amapá in physical and digital channels. The state procurement record continues to show the competition as an active tender rather than an award.
An official gazette notice says the contracting authority decided that the tender documents needed revision after it analysed a request for clarification. The notice does not identify a winning bidder or convert the postponement into a final cancellation.
The commercial framework previously published for the process included a minimum fixed concession fee of R$2.6 million and required the successful bidder to establish a special-purpose company in the state. iGaming Brazil reports an estimated contract value of R$22.56 million. Those terms remain part of a procurement under review until the government publishes the revised documents and completes the competition.
