Wynn Resorts reported operating revenue of $1.69 billion for the third quarter of 2026, a decline of $144.7 million from a year earlier. Net income attributable to the group fell to $17.3 million from $88.3 million, while adjusted property EBITDAR decreased to $464.2 million.
The company's November 5 results showed lower revenue across all four reporting properties. Wynn Palace was down $51.7 million, Las Vegas declined by $45.8 million, Wynn Macau by $30.1 million and Encore Boston Harbor by $17.1 million.
Las Vegas table-games win was 18.9%, below Wynn's expected range of 22% to 26%. Chief executive Craig Billings said demand remained healthy in Las Vegas and Macau despite slower market conditions, but the Las Vegas hold rate weighed on the quarter.
The board declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share, payable on November 30 to shareholders of record on November 16. Wynn also said its Al Marjan Island project remains scheduled to open in September 2027.
