Rain Rock Casino Resort Hotel in Northern California has selected Quick Custom Intelligence software to connect operational data across its gaming and hospitality departments. The agreement covers the QCI Resorts and QCI Nimble platforms, with the property planning to use them for player development, marketing, guest engagement and management reporting.

CDC Gaming reports that the system is intended to bring teams and data into a shared operating environment. Rain Rock marketing director Kendra McPhail said the property wants staff to have information that supports more coordinated service across departments. The announcement does not disclose contract value, implementation timing or performance targets.

The deployment adds a technology layer to a property that combines casino gaming, accommodation and dining near Yreka. Rain Rock's official website currently describes a floor with 349 slot machines and eight table games, alongside a hotel, restaurant and bar. Connecting those functions can give management a single view of guest activity and property performance, although the practical impact will depend on implementation and staff use.

QCI positions Resorts as a broader operating platform and Nimble as a package for locally based casinos. For Rain Rock, the immediate development is the selection of the two products rather than a completed transformation. Neither company has published a deployment date or quantified the financial benefit expected from the project.
