Marina Bay Sands reported adjusted property EBITDA of $590 million for the third quarter of 2026, down 20.6% from $743 million a year earlier. The result reflected weaker casino performance at the Singapore integrated resort during the three months ended 30 September.
Las Vegas Sands said lower table-games win percentages and higher payroll-related expenses were the main causes of the decline. Lower gaming taxes partly offset those pressures, according to the company's quarterly filing.
The company's presentation said rolling-play hold reduced Marina Bay Sands EBITDA by approximately $4 million in the quarter, compared with a $43 million positive effect one year earlier. Mass-market table and slot win also declined, reinforcing the effect of softer results at the premium end, as Asia Gaming Brief reported.
At group level, Las Vegas Sands recorded $3.22 billion in net revenue, down from $3.33 billion, while consolidated adjusted property EBITDA fell to $1.12 billion from $1.34 billion. Net income declined to $352 million from $491 million. Adjusted property EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure and may not be directly comparable across companies.
