Eric Bunch won the RunGood Poker Series Golden Expedition Hard Rock Tulsa $800 Main Event on October 26, collecting $50,173 and the fifth RGPS ring of his career. The PokerNews live coverage recorded Bunch as the winner after a tournament that drew 341 entries.

The field generated a $238,700 prize pool, according to the event recap. Rachel Rodgers finished second for $33,442, while Jonathan Bennett placed third for $24,538. Bunch began the final table with the chip lead but had to recover after losing ground as play moved toward the final three.

Rodgers carried the early momentum in heads-up play and built a lead of more than three to one. Bunch closed the gap before taking control, and the tournament ended when Rodgers moved all in with ace-five against his suited king-nine. A nine on the flop paired Bunch, and the turn and river left that hand ahead.

The victory adds another Tulsa title to Bunch's record. RunGood's official 2024 recap shows that he won an earlier RGPS Main Event at Hard Rock Tulsa for $65,829, which was his first ring on the tour. Two years later, the latest result brings his RGPS ring total to five and confirms another comeback win at the same venue.
