Lower revenue did not prevent DigiPlus Interactive from widening its operating margin during the September quarter. The Philippines-based digital gaming group finished the first nine months with PHP8.9 billion in net profit. That total includes an accounting gain linked to International Entertainment Corporation convertible bonds, so it is not solely an operating result.
The quarter produced PHP2.9 billion of EBITDA, barely above the June period, but the ratio to revenue climbed to 22%. Management said money was allocated more carefully across promotions while direct gaming and general operating costs were restrained. Inside Asian Gaming reported a four-point improvement in that margin.
A newer company measure showed the pressure on turnover. Net gaming revenue after taxes and direct charges was PHP16.2 billion, 17% below the comparable 2025 quarter. DigiPlus defines this figure after deducting regulatory payments, supplier fees, customer incentives, transaction charges and other costs directly associated with play. The quarterly filing was released through the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Activity data were firmer than the revenue comparison. The monthly user average reached 5.9 million, a 3% sequential increase, and the count of bettors and depositors was 4.9 million, up 5%. DigiPlus also reported PHP11.7 billion of cash at the end of September, 11% more than three months earlier.
