CIRSA reported a 12% increase in third-quarter net operating revenue to €628 million as its retail and online businesses continued to expand. Adjusted EBITDA rose 11% to €203 million.
The company published its third-quarter documents on November 4 through its investor information page. The results extended CIRSA's long sequence of year-on-year growth quarters and kept its full-year outlook intact.
Adjusted net profit increased 20% to €57 million. Investing.com reported that the adjusted EBITDA margin reached 32.4%, reflecting higher revenue and operating leverage.
Online turnover grew 32.5%, with casino activity and customer acquisition contributing to the increase. SBC Noticias said the online division remained one of the principal growth engines during the quarter.
For the first nine months of 2026, net revenue reached €1.888 billion and adjusted EBITDA totalled €599.4 million. The results arrive as CIRSA advances toward its planned combination with Lottomatica, although the quarterly operating figures stand separately from that pending corporate transaction.
