ZEAL Network increased group revenue by 22% to €198.8 million during the first nine months of 2026 as its lottery business grew and the acquired SevenCanyon operation entered the accounts for the first time.
The ZEAL announcement showed group EBITDA of €58.7 million, up 9% despite mid-single-digit-million acquisition expenses. Revenue in the comparable 2025 period was €162.6 million.
SevenCanyon contributed €10.5 million of revenue and €1.4 million of EBITDA after ZEAL acquired the remaining 96.5% stake in July. iGaming Business reported that the UK prize-draw business was consolidated in the third quarter.
The core lottery segment remained the largest contributor, with revenue up 16% to €170.8 million. Games revenue rose 18% to €12.1 million, while lottery billings increased 10% to €915.1 million.
ZEAL raised its 2026 group revenue guidance from €250-260 million to €270-280 million following the consolidation. The EQS release said the company left EBITDA guidance unchanged at €70-75 million and continued to assume a normal German jackpot environment.
