Sunbet Italia has put Fast Track's customer relationship management platform into operation across its online gaming products. The deployment brings customer data and engagement work for sports betting, casino, poker and bingo into one system.
The supplier announced the live implementation in an October 15 release. Sunbet said its previous tools handled products separately, making it harder to see activity across the account. The new setup is intended to give its team a unified view while campaigns are built and delivered from the same platform.
Fast Track says the system uses real-time data and its Singularity model to adapt interactions at an individual level. Its AI interface can accept instructions in Italian and support work from analysis and audience selection through campaign creation and multichannel delivery. Sunbet retains control to review, approve and monitor those operations.
The implementation is a live technology change, but the commercial effect remains unquantified. Neither the contract value nor its duration was disclosed. The release also provides no independently measured improvement in retention, revenue or responsible-gambling outcomes, so its statements about efficiency and personalization should be read as intended benefits rather than established results.
Sunbet is operated by Betpremium S.r.l. The group's corporate history says Betpremium adopted the Sunbet brand in 2025 and received Italian online concession GAD 16039 in November that year. Its offer spans online wagering and casino products alongside the group's retail network.
A current Yogonet report confirms the centralization described by the companies. The next material evidence will be operational data showing whether the unified system changes campaign performance or customer-protection controls in practice.
