A single ticket sold in Rondonopolis, Mato Grosso, won R$324,898,791.61 in Mega-Sena draw 3077. The six-number ticket was the only entry to match all the winning numbers on 28 October, making the payout the lottery's largest prize from a regular draw.

The winning combination was 02, 14, 18, 31, 35 and 40. The official CAIXA lottery result records one top-tier winner, while Folha de S.Paulo reports that the simple ticket was placed at the Silce lottery outlet in Rondonopolis.

The same draw produced 116 five-number winners, each receiving R$32,185.33. A further 7,598 tickets matched four numbers and were allocated R$701.97 apiece. Those lower-tier payouts are separate from the record jackpot awarded to the sole six-number winner.

Before the draw, CAIXA had estimated the jackpot at R$320 million. The final prize pool exceeded that estimate by almost R$4.9 million. The next draw was scheduled for 29 October with an estimated R$2.5 million top prize.

The outcome supersedes pre-draw reports that described the R$320 million figure as a possible prize. It is now a completed draw with one confirmed jackpot-winning entry and an exact payout published by the lottery system.
