New York's five non-tribal commercial casinos generated $184.3 million in September revenue, a 219.8% increase from the same month in 2025. The jump mainly reflects the conversion of Resorts World New York City from a video-lottery venue into a full commercial casino with table games in April, according to CDC Gaming.
Resorts World New York City accounted for $126.7 million, the highest total among the five properties. The New York State Gaming Commission publishes the property's commercial gaming results and notes that it ended video-lottery operations on April 27 before beginning commercial casino operations the following day.
Slot and electronic table-game revenue across the five casinos reached $129.3 million, up 217.8% year on year. Traditional table games generated $53.6 million, an increase of 252.7%, while poker and retail sports wagering contributed about $799,000 and $641,000 respectively.
Among the four established upstate properties, del Lago reported the strongest annual increase at 10.1%, reaching $15 million. Rivers Casino rose 5.5% to $20.1 million. The statewide percentage gain therefore should not be read as uniform organic growth across every property, because the newly expanded Queens casino materially changed the comparison base.
