MGM Digital reduced its adjusted EBITDAR loss to USD4 million in the third quarter of 2026, compared with a USD23 million loss in the same period last year. Segment revenue increased 6% to USD184 million from USD174 million.
MGM Resorts' results define MGM Digital as LeoVegas and other consolidated interactive gaming subsidiaries. The segment does not include BetMGM's North American joint venture, which MGM reports separately.
The revenue increase slowed from the 20% year-on-year growth recorded in the second quarter, when MGM Digital generated USD196 million. CasinoBeats reports that Spain, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom led business-to-consumer gains in the latest period, while nine-month segment revenue was 21% higher.
The digital improvement contrasted with weaker group profitability. MGM Resorts' consolidated revenue slipped 1% to USD4.2 billion and adjusted EBITDA fell to USD403 million from USD506 million. The parent group's attributable net loss narrowed to USD17 million from USD285 million a year earlier.
