International Entertainment Corporation plans to launch a self-operated online gaming platform for LaVie Resort & Casino Manila in mid or late November 2026. The second phase of the resort's digital business will be run directly by the Hong Kong-listed group rather than through the partnership model used for its initial online operation.
IEC's Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing says the platform will be available to legally eligible registered players located in the Philippines. It will include remote play on physical table games and slot machines in a PAGCOR-approved area at the Manila property, alongside software-based electronic games.
The group will own and control the platform, gaming software and supporting technology. It will also provide the equipment, staffing, customer service, financial controls and regulatory compliance functions. The system is still being integrated and remains subject to final testing and evaluation before commercial launch.
Inside Asian Gaming reports that the planned range also includes sports betting arranged by licensed subsidiary New Coast Leisure. IEC says access controls will restrict the service to the Philippine market, while applicable games will require certification from GLI or another laboratory recognised by PAGCOR.
