Las Vegas Sands reported lower revenue and earnings for the third quarter of 2026 even as its Macau casinos recorded broader growth in gaming activity. The company's official results put net revenue at $3.22 billion, compared with $3.33 billion a year earlier.
Net income attributable to the company declined to $352 million from $491 million, while consolidated adjusted property EBITDA fell to $1.12 billion from $1.34 billion. The filing covers the three months ended September 30 and was also submitted in a Form 8-K to the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The regional picture was more mixed. Marina Bay Sands produced adjusted property EBITDA of $590 million and the Macau portfolio generated $529 million. In Macau, gaming revenue increased across every reported segment, according to G3 Newswire's account of the results discussion.
Management said the group's share of Macau mass gaming revenue reached 26.1 percent, its strongest level in three years. Higher gaming volumes were partly offset by softer outcomes from high-end play in both Macau and Singapore, leaving the consolidated quarter below the prior-year comparison despite the operating momentum in Macau.
