Las Vegas Sands reported lower consolidated revenue and profit for the third quarter of 2026 as weaker high-end demand affected both Singapore and Macau. Revenue fell 3.5% year on year to $3.216 billion, while net income declined to $352 million from $491 million, according to CDC Gaming.

Operating income was $618 million, down from $719 million. Adjusted diluted earnings fell to $0.54 a share from $0.78, and consolidated adjusted property EBITDA decreased 16.7% to $1.119 billion. Barron's reported that both revenue and adjusted earnings missed analyst expectations.

The corporate result reflects both operating regions and is broader than the separate Sands China update. Marina Bay Sands generated $590 million in adjusted property EBITDA, while the Macau portfolio produced $529 million. Management said softer premium play weighed on both markets even as Macau gaming volumes increased and the operator continued construction work in Singapore.

Las Vegas Sands repurchased $950 million of its shares during the quarter. Chief executive Patrick Dumont said the $8 billion Marina Bay Sands expansion remains on course to open in early 2031, subject to government approvals.
