Jefferies analyst Kai Erman kept a Hold rating on Aristocrat Leisure while lifting his price target to A$68 from A$63. The revised view recognizes stronger momentum in the gaming supplier's North American and online businesses but argues that much of the expected improvement is already reflected in forecasts and market expectations, according to David McKee's report for CDC Gaming.
Erman increased his estimate for new Aristocrat unit installations to 4,800 and said the upper end of management's 4,000-to-5,000 range could be achievable in 2027. He also cited a deeper product pipeline and early online performance, while cautioning that those strengths offered limited room above the current consensus.
The company's latest published operating data supports the market-share theme. Aristocrat's first-half 2026 release reported that its North American gaming-operations share reached 43%, alongside growth in its installed base and outright sales.
The A$68 target, installation forecast and Hold rating are the analyst's estimates rather than Aristocrat guidance. The company is scheduled to release full-year 2026 results on November 12, which will provide the next formal update on the operating trends discussed in the note.
