JCM Global has promoted Kyle McCart to account executive for a six-state territory covering Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota. The appointment extends his progression from technical field work into customer-facing sales, according to CDC Gaming.

McCart joined the gaming technology supplier nearly four years ago as a systems project technician. He later moved to the sales team as an associate before receiving the new account executive assignment. The route gives him direct responsibility for customers across the central United States.

Cliff Buckley, JCM's director of sales and business development, said McCart's systems background would help clients and complement his customer-service skills. JCM's employee highlights page previously described McCart as new to sales and receiving practical training alongside an experienced account executive.

The company supplies transaction and payment equipment, printers, digital signage and casino systems. McCart's promotion therefore places a technician with product and installation experience into a commercial role serving operators across a geographically broad regional market.
