INSPIRE Entertainment Resort in Incheon is recruiting about 100 participants for an eight-week winter internship that can lead to consideration for permanent employment. Applications for the programme, called BE INSPIRE 2027 Winter, are open until 8 November, according to the Korea Economic Daily.
The placement will run from 4 January to 28 February 2027. Gaming roles include casino dealing and slot operations, while non-gaming positions span concierge and leisure services, housekeeping, limousine service, restaurant operations and culinary work. The management-support intake focuses on purchasing and inventory management.
Candidates will be selected through document screening followed by a joint interview with operational and human-resources teams. Inside Asian Gaming reports that applicants must be available for the full programme and have no restrictions on overseas travel.
Completing the internship will not guarantee a permanent position. INSPIRE says participants may be considered for full-time employment after a work evaluation and a separate recruitment review. The company will provide dormitory accommodation to interns working at least 40 hours per week and shuttle transport for others, while all completers will receive resort food-and-beverage vouchers and top performers will receive accommodation vouchers.
