The Dutch Gambling Authority has fined EOD Code SRL €37 million for offering online gambling to players in the Netherlands without a licence. Kansspelautoriteit described the sanction as its largest fine to date for illegal gambling supply.

The regulator's announcement says investigators were able to gamble through Instantcasino and a wider group of sites without measures preventing Dutch participation. EOD Code had previously received a penalty order over the same unlicensed activity.

KSA cited several aggravating features across the sites, including the absence of visible age verification and access to cryptocurrency or anonymous payment methods. The regulator said these conditions increased player-protection and financial-integrity risks.

The authority departed from its standard fine because it estimated that EOD Code earned substantially more from Dutch player stakes. SoloAzar reports that the resulting turnover-based calculation produced the record €37 million amount.
