Arizona regulators have suspended the teletrack permit used by Skyfall 7 to operate pari-mutuel wagering at Turf Paradise and its off-track betting locations. The suspension took effect on October 16 after disruptions left the operator without the property access and licensed staff needed to run authorised wagering.

The Division of Racing's public notice says a private dispute between the racetrack property owner and Skyfall 7 restricted access to the Phoenix facility. Those restrictions interrupted scheduled activity and affected personnel required for pari-mutuel operations. The department said it was not deciding the parties' contractual rights.

The action applies to the teletrack permit, which covers simulcast wagering at the track and affiliated off-track sites. It does not suspend Skyfall 7's separate commercial live-racing permit. The regulator also said no live racing was taking place at Turf Paradise when the notice was issued.

A hearing before the Arizona Racing Commission is scheduled for November 19. Independent trade coverage confirms the permit distinction and hearing date.

Customers with unsettled tickets or pending payouts should keep original tickets, receipts and account records. The regulator's pari-mutuel page directs affected customers to submit a claim form to the Division of Racing. A filing does not guarantee payment or a specific processing time.

The suspension can be reviewed through Arizona's administrative process. Until the permit status changes, Skyfall 7's Turf Paradise teletrack and off-track wagering operations remain paused.
